Every time a referred customer pays, a commission line is raised automatically against that payment. Your dashboard shows accrued and paid, and a statement arrives each month.

Is the commission once-off or recurring?
Recurring. You earn on every subscription payment a referred customer makes, for as long as they stay on a paid plan — not just the first month.
What counts toward a tier?
Active paying customers you've brought. Reach five and you move to Silver, fifteen and you move to Gold — and the new rate applies to your whole book, not only to new signups.
Do I have to resell, or can I just refer?
Either. Share your link and let the customer sign up themselves, or onboard them yourself and stay involved. The commission is the same.
How and when do I get paid?
Commission lines accrue automatically against each customer payment and are settled on a monthly schedule to the banking details on your partner profile. Your dashboard shows accrued and paid amounts at all times.
Can I get a custom rate?
Yes — negotiated override rates are supported and are honoured above the standard tier rate. Talk to us if you're bringing volume.
